Spelthorne Rentstart is a registered charity which assists homeless single people and childless couples aged 18 and over, on a low income and with a connection to Spelthorne. Their aim is to access rented accommodation suitable for such people's needs. They offer housing and benefits advice, assistance with finding accommodation, tenancy support and a guarantee deposit bond.
