What we do:

A holistic approach that incorporates:
  • A one stop shop care plan
  • One to one counselling - using a variety of methods tailored to suit the individual
  • Prescribing support
  • Community detox
  • complimentary therapies i.e. Acupuncture
  • Secondary consultation to other organisations.
  • Outreach
  • Support into further education through Connexions
  • Pro-active in multi agency working
  • Support/Information and education
