The Connexions Surrey bulletin is produced every two weeks and we aim to keep you up to date with current issues and aware of news that is relevant to your day to day jobs. The bulletin sits alongside the PA Resource section of the website.

1. PA Conference Items

Also attached is the evaluation form incase you didnt fill one out on the day, we would very much like you to save a copy complete it and then email it back to jemma.campbell@surreycc.gov.uk
All opinions and suggestions are welcome as they will help us to plan next years event. Once all evaluations have been processed we shall provide a formal report on the PA Conference 2009 and how it went. (Please ensure you enter your contact details onto the form as we are currently updating all of our records.It's important that we have correct details for all PAs working on behalf of Connexions).

4. Surrey Integrated Youth Services: Our strategic direction – Paper by AD Services for Young People – Garath Symonds
Please find attached a link to the Strategic Direction Paper, written by Garath Symonds, for your information.
"The Oscarz 2009 award ceremony will be held again this year on Saturday 28th November at The Runnymede Centre, Chertsey Road, Addlestone. Can you please cascade the attached nomination form to all your team members and discuss at Team Meetings. more volunteers are always needed and if anyone in your team would like to help at the event please let me know.
The closing date for nominations is Friday 2nd October 2009, any nominations received after this date may not be included and we ask that you keep the wording to go on the certificate to no more than 15 words. The nomination form has been designed by young people from Libertas. Invitations to the event will be sent out during October. If anyone would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact me."
