If problems arise
If you find yourself in a difficult situation your primary aim should be toGET AWAY SAFELY
> Try not to panic. Exhale, so that you can breathe properly and reduce tension to help you think clearly.
> Use a personal attack alarm to shock and disorientate your attacker. This will give you vital seconds to get away.
> Head for a public place or back into the building and summon help.
> Shout an instruction "Call the police" to which people are more likely to respond.
> Report every incident as quickly as possible. You may save another person from an unpleasant experience or serious incident.
